Urbanlogic was commissioned to deliver a coordinated landscape masterplan strategy for the urban environment and open spaces in collaboration with Paul Brown Architects and create an urban environment for people rather than cars.


Deliver consistent and visually coherent design.

Make the urban environment more sociable, lively and culturally enriching;

Encourage people to walk and cycle more and drive less, thus reducing pollution and improving public health;

Minimise crime and antisocial behavior through good lighting and clear sight lines;

Allow beautiful buildings and public spaces to be appreciated;

Ensure value for money through durable design;

Foster an integrated design approach throughout the whole development.
